Frisian Farmstead Young Gouda (aged 2 to 4 months): At its young age, this cheese is mild and smooth in flavor. Its texture, while semi-firm, tends toward creaminess. It is brine-washed for the first two weeks of ageing and then the cheese is turned daily and brushed to ensure even ripening and curing.

Available in ½ pound up to 18 pounds.
